United Group Housing Society Limited has been registered with the office of the Registrar Cooperative Societies, Delhi Administration, Parliament Street, New Delhi on 31st October 1983 having a membership strength of 48 at that time and got its registration certificate duly signed by the office of the Registrar No. 817 NW / (GH). Society had been allotted land in February 1995 and Lease deed with DDA was executed in October 1999.

Construction work started with the possession of land and execution of lease deed. 106 flats were built in two blocks and allotted in September 2002 and possession started immediately after that. Society has a beautiful Community Hall (with a strength of 150 persons) adjacent to small park catering to social need of the members and Society meetings. Besides that, Society has a park for children entertainment and good number of car parking space. Society is fully occupied and well maintained equipped with Solar.
